The following terms and conditions will be deemed to have been accepted by the User on usage of any of the services provided by Internet Marketing Pro / Shivaami. You are requested to read them carefully before you use the services of Internet Marketing Pro / Shivaami.
General
As a condition of your use of the website, you will not use the website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the website in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Internet Marketing Pro / Shivaami website or the network(s) connected to the website or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of any website. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any website, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the website, through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the website.
Internet Marketing Pro / Shivaami shall have no responsibility for any damage to User's computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any content, materials, and information from the Site.
Internet Marketing Pro / Shivaami may change or discontinue any aspect of its website at any time, including, its content or features. Internet Marketing Pro / Shivaami reserves the right to change the terms and conditions applicable to use of the website without any notice.
Disclaimer
SEO (Search Engine Optimization) work and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) are services offered collectively by Internet Marketing Pro / Shivaami and each are subject to the individual agreement reached with each client.
SEO work is governed by many factors which are outside the direct control of Internet Marketing Pro / Shivaami and indeed, any other SEO company. Therefore no reputable SEO company can guarantee particular results. Internet Marketing Pro / Shivaami however guarantees improvement provided in a client’s website organic search engine results provided all of Internet Marketing Pro / Shivaami advice are followed. Ranking results will be performed once every month. Results are based on listings on Google results.
Monthly reports (where applicable) will be circulated to clients within the first five working days of each month. The delay is inevitable in order to take into account metrics which accumulate over time and have a built-in time lag.
Your website should be hosted on a reliable server, based in the country of Search Engine interest, with constant availability, for optimum results.
Internet Marketing Pro / Shivaami cannot be held responsible for problems or additional costs arising due to any errors made by third parties, or failure to maintain a current copy of your own website. (Back ups can be made at your request.)
Internet Marketing Pro / Shivaami do not represent or warrant that Customers' URLs will achieve a favorable position, or any position, within a particular search engine.
Internet Marketing Pro / Shivaami shall not be responsible for URLs dropped or excluded by a search engine for any reason.
Internet Marketing Pro / Shivaami do not warrant or represent that the use or the results of the use of the materials available through the Internet Marketing Pro / Shivaami Services or from third parties will be correct, accurate, timely, reliable or otherwise.
Payment Terms
The fees for the performance of the services are as agreed in your application. Internet Marketing Pro / Shivaami shall invoice the Client for the services.
An advance payment is required from any new client before any work is carried out. It is the Internet Marketing Pro / Shivaami policy that any outstanding accounts for work carried out by Internet Marketing Pro / Shivaami or its affiliates are required to be paid in full, no later than 5 days from the date of the invoice unless by prior arrangement with Internet Marketing Pro / Shivaami.
Advance payments are non refundable once the project has started or is in progress.
Once a deposit is paid and work completed you are obliged to pay the balance of payment in full. We will contact clients via email and telephone to remind them of such payments if they are not received when due.
No deductions will be incurred by Internet Marketing Pro / Shivaami for any payment made for any of the services. Any type of deductions or charges for online transfer fund or any like this will be barred by the client.
SEO Terms
Terms including “writing product descriptions”, “press release submission”, “manually create Meta tags”, “XML sitemap creation”, all refer to SEO service options which may or may not be included in your SEO services package.
“Best practice” refers to the generally accepted informally-standardized, best techniques, methods or processes that have proven to be effective at achieving a given task.
Your SEO services cannot begin until you have provided written approval via email that you are in agreement to the services that are detailed in your ‘SEO Package Doc’.
Any additional SEO services you add to your existing SEO services at a later date, will incur an additional charge.
We do not hold you into a contract but by agreeing to these terms and conditions you agree you will serve us with a minimum of 30 days’ notice (either in writing, or by a phone call which is then followed up by an email) if you wish to cancel your SEO services at any stage.
In the unlikely event that you choose to end your contract with Internet Marketing Pro / Shivaami it is solely your responsibility to remove any access you have granted Internet Marketing Pro / Shivaami to, for example, your ftp details, your back office, Google accounts or services or any other accounts.
Internet Marketing Pro / Shivaami will always recommend keyphrases that have the potential to bring you the quickest return on your investment. If you pick keyphrases that we do not recommend, Internet Marketing Pro / Shivaami cannot guarantee any timescales or increase in traffic as a result.
Any SEO work you perform out with our recommendations, including link building, changes to your website or anything else that negatively affects your rankings or your conversions will not be deemed the responsibility of Internet Marketing Pro / Shivaami.
Any failure on your part to stay in regular contact with us regarding changes to your site including confirmation and approval of keyphrases or content etc. that affects your SEO services negatively is not the responsibility of Internet Marketing Pro / Shivaami.
Any onsite SEO work recommended will only be carried out by Internet Marketing Pro / Shivaami if the website has been built by Internet Marketing Pro / Shivaami. If Internet Marketing Pro / Shivaami did not build the website, Internet Marketing Pro / Shivaami will act as a consultant for any onsite SEO work recommended.
Internet Marketing Pro / Shivaami will not be held responsible for any illegal activities your website is involved in or promotes, e.g. selling counterfeit goods.
Any external influences that affect your site negatively through hosting services, domain registration or any others will not be held as the responsibility of Internet Marketing Pro / Shivaami.
